| The rate includes the stay for one night in each flat (in total, not per person), without additional charge for extra beds.
The price comprehends: - the breakfast left in the miniapartment for a self-management (italian breakfast: fresh milk, italian coffee, tea, home made cakes when possible, cookies, jam, …);
- heating for the winter season;
- swimming pool in the summer;
- bedclothes and towels (3 per apartment);
- use of the kitchen inside the flats;
- electricity, water and gas.
